Always verify event details directly with the venue before attending
We are not responsible for events that are canceled, rescheduled, or differ from their listing

MyBoringTown is an information service, not a ticket seller or event organizer. We do not sell tickets, process payments for events, or have any contractual relationship with venues or performers listed on the platform.

5. Location Data

The Service uses location data to help you discover events near you. This may include:

GPS coordinates from your device (only when you grant permission)
ZIP codes you manually enter
A search radius you select

6. Intellectual Property

Event flyer images and promotional materials displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MyBoringTown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
